This project will be to develop comprehensive proposals for the Tartu Center in Tartu Estonia. It is an inactive competition. It consists of a mixed program that include various cultural and institutional spaces: library, cinema, museum and event center. Add to this a subterranean parking garage and a historically charged site along the river.
