This project is conceived as a continuation and reinterpretation of its existing architectural language. Drawing inspiration from OMA's IIT precedent study, the design explores the spatial and formal possibilities of voids, with conceptual lines generating a series of spaces that shift between solid and void. The movement of this line introduces a fluid interaction between structure and openness, creating dynamic contrasts throughout the building.
The diptych art concept influences the dialogue between two distinct yet interconnected spaces, each responding to the other in form and function. This juxtaposition creates a harmonious tension, where solidity gives way to openness, encouraging new forms of engagement with the architectural space.
With the approximately area of 38,855 sqft each floor and 42 feet height, the building complements SciArc's vision, both physically and conceptually, while offering a contemporary extension the embodies the evolving relationship between built form and environment.
